What all services are covered in the free category?
The Free Package includes the services of identifying the right property and securing the best deal for you. However, if you want value-added services such as research analysis report on the project, legal review, post-purchase liaison with builder, etc., you will need to upgrade to “Home buyer value pack” or “Investor plus pack” at a nominal fee.
Why is there a fee for Research Packages?
Properji has a very strong research team to do the research work both on-field and off-field. Lot of time, money and efforts go into generating one single research report. Further, to ensure that the buyer’s interests are safeguarded under all circumstances, we hire the services of eminent advocates and tax consultants on a case-to-case basis. In order to manage their fees and other incidental expenses, we charge small token fees from our buyers. We believe that our fees are quite reasonable when compared to the peace of mind that you get when you buy property through Properji.
When do I make payment to subscribe for the Packages?
You have to pay before you opt for any of the value added services. Once the payment is made, depending on the delivery timelines, your requested reports/services will be provided.
How will Properji perform the legal due-diligence?
Properji is tied up with the services of eminent lawyers and advocates with several years of experience in the real estate domain for high risk and/or high value cases who do the legal review.
Do I make payment for the packages in full?
All payments should be made in full. But on a case to case basis, we can consider part payment especially when somebody wants to upgrade from Home buyer to Investor plus pack.
What is the duration of coverage for post purchase services?
2 years from the date of purchase.
How is the agreement signed between Properji and I?
The terms of agreement are on the website, which you click-agree at the time of making payment. If you require a physical copy, we will be happy to mail it to you.
How do I make the payment?
Either by cash, cheque or online bank transfers.
What if I am not satisfied with the research reports that you provide after I make the payment?
We try to cover all the points that are important in a property transaction in our research report, but in case you feel we missed out on any particular point or concern of yours, we can work on it and address your concerns in the report. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of reports in spite of updations, we will reimburse your money in full.
How is the report different from other online research reports that are available for free?
Most of the online reports cover generic points about a particular area or a builder or the market trends. There is no company which provides thorough research analysis for a particular project. We provide complete 360 degrees research analysis of the project that you are interested in showcasing its positives and negatives with necessary details.
Apart from the standard packages, is there any flexibility possible in the service offerings?
Yes, on a case to case basis we can accommodate some sort of flexibility in the services offered and charge accordingly.
