Unitech Uniworld Resorts is a luxury project by Unitech Group, located behind CGI Technologies & Symbiosis International University, Electronic City phase-1. This project is spread across 20 acres of land where the project is getting developed in various phases with less than about 800 units.The phase 2 of the project is spread across 5 acres of land and will offer 338 units. - On completion of plumbing & electrification: 5%
- On completion of external plastering: 5%
