Wisdomtree Community is located in K Narayanapura (Kothanur Narayanapura), which is located in the area between Hennur Road and Thanisandra Road. The project is near Kristu Jayanti College, behind Brigade Altamont project and is approximately 5kms from Outer Ring Road. The project houses 236 apartment units with 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK duplex penthouse offerings and is a joint development between Expat Group and Landowner.
The neighborhood of the property is still in early stages of development, but has reasonable access to schools, grocery stores and other basic facilities. The project is designed by Sonnel Architects & Designers, Dubai. The project consists of 4 acres of which 1 acre will be covered with trees. In Phase I (Tower2B & Tower 2C) will be completed by March 2015.

Payment Details of Wisdomtree Community
- Payment schedule:
- Booking Amount: This will be 15% of the total cost has to be paid on booking
- Next 25 days: Additional 10% of the payment has to be made upon which Agreement of sale (AOS) will be issued.
- For Bank Finance Customer – AOS will be registered on receipt of 25% of the payment.
- For Self Finance Customer – Sale Deed will be registered on receipt of 95% of the payment.
- Stamp duty and Registration charges will be payable by the purchaser at the prevailing rates.
- Additional Charges:
- Car Park: Rs.1,75,000
- Floor Rise: Rs.50 per sq. ft per floor (From 4th floor onwards)
- Club Membership: Rs.2,25,000
- Legal Fees: Rs.10,000
- BESCOM & BWSSB Deposit & Connection Charges: Rs.140 per sq. ft.
In addition to the above an advance maintenance fee for first two years would be collected. Further, there could be other charges related to registration, stamp duty, VAT and other statutory costs.
