- The residential development has been divided into two blocks, with Block-A having 18 units per floor and Block- B with 12 units per floor.
- Considering the small land parcel, the number of units per floor seems to be in excess- this will lead to the project being densely populated.
- The two blocks are aligned vertically, from North to South- ensuring that maximum flats facing East will have ample sunlight. All units in Block-B are open from at least one side, whereas apartment numbers- 16 and 18 in Block-A will be covered from all 4 sides, which will adversely affect the availability of sunlight and the air ventilation in the flats.
- Units facing West will be blocked from all 4 sides as Brindavanam Apartments are located to the immediate West, and there is inadequate distance separating the two projects.
- Despite possession being handed over of flats, the developer is yet to commence the construction of several amenities promised, including the club house. The club house and the swimming pool are expected to be developed in the middle of Block-A, this area is very small, which will result in the amenities being scaled down, also access to the same will be slightly prohibited to residents of Block-B.
