The project is based on Doddakanneli-Kadubeesanahalli road very close to other Prestige projects such as Summer Fields and Adarsh Palm retreat. The road is well connected to office spaces on Sarjapur road and Outer ring road. The approach road is on the western side of the project site. Type F 3 BHK units have maximum light and ventilation with well planned spacious servant units. The balconies in the units are very small.
The overall apartments density is about 83 units per acre which is fairly low and will ensure good open space.
