Layout Analysis: The layout comprises of a irregular plot on a land parcel of 9.5 Acres. It consists of a single entry /exit drop off point which could be cumbersome as future occupancy increases. The overall concept is based on a tropical forest garden comprising of 160 trees and nature trails extending up to 1 km. There are individual 10 towers positioned parallel to each other at a close distance from each other. However there are several dotted trees in between the buildings which act as heat screens to reduce the heat between the buildings. The distance between the entrance plaza and the last of the building is sufficiently far off, which could be cumbersome to the residents, as there is no dedicated vehicular access to these buildings. The amenities are located towards south west at the entrance plaza abutting the plot boundary. There is a amphitheatre which is located towards south of the plot, The Orientation of the buildings could have been efficiently designed with the lake view in the south of the plot . Also few of the buildings don't have a good view as view from some flats is obstructed by the buildings.
