The project is located on a rectangular, contiguous 3.55 acre land parcel which is aligned perpendicular to the Balagere Road, on which the property has frontage. The residential development has been divided into 2 blocks- Block A & B. Block A has further been divided into three wings, taking the shape of a U, and comprising of 26 units per floor. Block B is located behind, at the South end of the project, and is designed in a simple rectangular manner, with 8 units per floor. The open party plaza, club house, swimming pool and the park are located at the center of the project, between blocks A & B. Central facing units, especially those located at higher floors, will enjoy the view of all the amenities located at the heart of the project. Though, there are certain central facing units on the lower floors that will be blocked from all 4 sides, which might affect the air ventilation and availability of sunlight to them. Although, the distance between opposite wings of tower A is around 30 meters, leading to sufficient open area in the middle of the project, and which is missing in most other smaller projects nearby. However, the central area is not being used for greenery but rather for amenities (party and pool area), which is a slight dampener to aesthetics.
